Bob is a sweet 1-2 year old Black and Tan Coonhound boy waiting in the Indianapolis area for his new home. He is in healthy weight at about 55 pounds. He is very smart and eager to learn; Bob is housetrained and his leash skills improve daily. This sweet, affectionate boy loves to snuggle on the couch or in bed. He is good with children, although may be too much for very young ones if they aren't used to being around larger dogs. Bob is good with the many other dogs in his foster home and would be happiest in a house with another dog or two and a fenced yard (no invisible fence systems, please). Bob will also be tolerant of a dog-savvy cat. He would not do well in an apartment or condo because he is a vocal coonie, and he has no "indoor voice". He isn't an excessive barker, but he expresses himself when he thinks he needs to. Bob would love to go on car rides and walks or hikes and would be very happy accompanying his people wherever they go.
