Cali is a 5 year old Black andTan mix that is waiting in California for that special someone who will appreciate her laid-back personality. Within the first few hours with her foster family, all her foster mom could say to describe her was "Wow, she's such a gentle soul". Give her a good scratch and talk to her and she will talk back in her quiet coonie voice, letting you know just how happy and content she is. If she's not sunning herself outside, Cali will be either snoozing on the couch or laying at (or on) your feet. She definitely likes to be close to her humans. Cali is fine around dogs, cats, chickens and horses. She is also great around kids, especially the very active 2 year old boy in her foster family's home. Cali is crate trained, but it is not necessary as she has full run of the house. Cali is reliably housetrained and will go to the door and let you know when she needs to go out. In good weight at 65 lbs.
