We adopted Penny Lane on 12-19-05 from a foster home in Albany, New York. Bill is a major, major Beatles fan so we kept the name of Penny Lane. We can truly say that she is a joy to our family. She fit in so quickly, almost as if she had been with us all her life. I think that she likes the weather in Florida because she loves sunning herself. Penny Lane always has loads of kisses to give everyone and loves laying on our bed. The reason I mentioned that is that the attached picture is on the bed in our motor home. Penny Lane is in the front and our hound mix, Murphy, is in the rear. They both love the beach. We have had them several times to Myrtle Beach, S. C. When we go to the beach she heads straight to the sand dunes to catch all the smells. Not so interested in the waves at this moment. We have taken her and Murphy on vacation with us in the motor home. Besides Myrtle Beach a few times, we went in the fall to the Smokey Mountains and loved that fall brisk weather there. She has also been to Natchez, Mississippi and then Orlando to Disney World. She and Murphy love going for car rides. They also go to "Daddy Bill's" office and to Grandmom's as well.
