My husband, Mike, and I got married this September and decided we wanted to rescue a hound. After searching for a while we were recently able to adopt Taa Daa from you all. His name now is Ruger and we have enjoyed him so much. We are training him to be more obedient and it astounds us how smart he is. There are times when he wants to eat and he knows he has to sit and wait for us to put it in his bowl. He is so affectionate and we love him dearly. He is healthy and is now about 9 months old and about 64 pounds. He is definitely still a puppy he wants to play all the time. We have friends who have dogs and they all get along so very well. We notice there are scars on him which often sparks our minds to think of what kind of situation he came from. He might have been abused in the past, but he still embraces people with no fear. We are so glad that we were able to adopt him. He is a joy and we could not be happier.
