We adopted Elle (formerly "Sweet Pea") in 2012. Fast forward nearly thirteen years, and she was a part of every memory we have made along the way. She loved being around her people, lying in the sun, chasing seagulls, and staring into the fireplace for hours on end. A career food thief, she dined well and kept our floors clean. She particularly enjoyed carrots, green beans, and anything that was left unattended or fed to her from a fork. She was the most tolerant big sister to our kids. We will miss her howl, her quirky coonhound personality, and the unconditional love she showed each of us. We know how lucky we are for the time we had with her, but it's just never enough. Thank you, ABTCR, for bringing her into our lives!
