Nicolette came to us in very sad shape. Initially, the vet was not sure she would make it; she was emaciated and had just about lost hope. Too many people wanted to see her make it out of the Georgia kill shelter alive and they refused to look the other way! No one knows how she ended up in that condition but she’s made quite the recovery.
She is now a beautiful Black and Tan Coonhound girl that is ready to find her own forever home. She is approximately 5-6 years old and now in good weight at 55 pounds. She is very social with people and loves to have her head stroked and belly rubbed. Nicolette has learned to live peacefully with cats and gets along well with other dogs and plays like a puppy. She is cratetrained and housetrained. She walks nicely on a leash and rides well in the car. She is being fostered in Atlanta where her foster mom calls her a total sweetheart!
