Rebel is a 5-6 year old male Black and Tan that spent his entire life tied to a stake with little human contact or love. Now that he is being fostered this beautiful boy wags his tail constantly and follows his foster mom everywhere. His foster mom tells us that, "He is the happiest dog I have ever met, his tail wags constantly and his face lights up with a smile when he sees you. He is calm and a real gentleman." He walks well on a leash, enjoys the company of the other dogs and even likes to snuggle with the cat. He is happy playing with his dog toys or lying peacefully while you watch TV.
