Rowan is a 2-4 year old Redtick female who was brought into a Tennessee kill shelter in pretty rough shape suffering from a pellet wound to her head. Now that she has encountered people who will pet and love on her, she is blossoming into an affectionate, very happy, loving little girl with a real sense of humor. Rowan wants to be with her person or family and loves children. She gets along well with other dogs. She would do great with an active family who would include her in their outdoor activities and take her to the dog park. A doggie playmate in her new home would be a definite plus. Crate trained and doing well on her leash training, Rowan is now in foster care in Virginia.
