Ruthie is a long-legged, 1 year old female waiting in Atlanta for her forever family to find her. In good weight at 70 lbs, Ruthie is tall with a sweet disposition. She loves to play with other dogs and would do great with a doggie playmate and a fenced yard in her new home. Ruthie is also fine with dog-savvy cats. She rides well in the car, quietly looking out of the window, and walks nicely on a leash. She is reliably housetrained and has lovely house manners. She has started going to doggie daycare one day a week and is a favorite there among both the staff and the regulars; she gets along well with everyone and takes advantage of every opportunity to have fun. Her foster mom tells us that, "We just love Ruthie; she has the nicest, sunniest personality! She loves the other dogs and playing but she can truly appreciate a good nap on the couch. You truly couldn't ask for a nicer girl than Ruthie."
