What a sweetheart this 2 year old girl is! She had definitely been someone's housepet before turning up as a stray. She has become her foster mom's shadow. She loves sleeping on the bed or sofa, but will eagerly get into her crate. She is doing beautifully with other dogs, male and female, and is full of energy and eager to please. Velvet is reliably housetrained and quickly caught on to the doggie door. She loves the water, whether swimming, just splashing or going in after toys. Velvet would do well in a home with other dogs and is waiting in Florida for that forever home.
