This 2 year old female was turned into an Atlanta kill shelter by her owner after he joined the Army. Now safely in foster care, Lovie is an affectionate coonie weighing about 50 lbs. She gets along well with all of the other dogs in her foster home and likes to play tug-of-war and chase. She is cratetrained and housetrained; has not had an accident in the house and has quickly earned free run of the house. Good with children, rides very well in the car and loves to tag along while her foster mom runs errands. She enjoys her daily walk through the neighborhood with the other dogs, too. NO cats, please.
