Hoops and Game were found walking down the side of a highway by the Kentucky State Patrol. When questioned, neither pup would reveal his or her name and address and could not produce ID. At that point, the officer read them their rights and took them into custody. The pups were cooperative and handcuffs were not required to subdue them.

These 3 month old pups are on their way to foster care in Ohio. Hoops, the Bluetick girl, and Game, the Black and Tan boy, will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
