Horatio is a 3 year old boy who is in foster care in Minnesota. He was one of 16 dogs left at an Indiana kill shelter by the breeder. He is thriving in foster care and is a very affectionate boy. He loves human attention and gets along well with all of the other dogs in his foster home. He is learning housemanners very quickly, caught on right away to the doggie door, and should make an excellent companion.
